I need to make a return...

No problem. You have 30 days after you receive your order to authorize a return. Simply contact us via e-mail, phone or live chat to start the return process. Please have your order number or name the order was placed under ready. You will then be emailed an RMA number along with return instructions.

My item is damaged or defective...

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via e-mail, phone or live. Please have your order number or name the order was placed under ready and we will rectify the issue immediately.

Sending in your return.

When preparing your order for return please make sure that the items meet the following guidelines:

  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item has not been installed or used
  • Any plastic clamshell or wrapping has not been broken or destroyed

    Failure to meet these guidelines may result in additional fees or refusal of return.

    Items that require assembly or installation cannot be returned after they have been assembled or installed. Please make sure the item you received is the item you need prior to using it.

    Special order items such as custom colors or finishes or made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.

    Orders over $1000 are not returnable.

  • Do you charge a Restock Fee?

    All returns and refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee is generally waived with an offsetting order.
