Other Light Bulbs

Ensure that your home or office has the most up-to-date in lighting technology to offer you the best performance at the most economical and energy-efficient rate by shopping for light bulbs at Pro Lighting. The vast inventory of fixtures includes fluorescent tubes, CFL fixtures that either screw in or plug in, halogen bulbs, metal halide bulbs, high pressure sodium fixtures and HPS to MH retrofits. The right bulb can make a significant difference in your monthly utility bills, with LED bulbs offering the potential for 50,000 hours or more of lamp life without needing any maintenance.

Fluorescent tubes available at Pro Lighting include T8 lamps for residential use and T5HO lamps for efficient, high-output commercial uses. T8 lamps give you versatility and provide an ample choice of color temperature options, including 3000K (Warm White Light), 3500K (Neutral White Light), 4100K (Cool White Light) and 5000K (Daylight). The T8 lamp is 1 inch in diameter, with a choice of 24”, 36” and 48” lamps. Brand-name TCP, Westinghouse and Maxlite T8 lamps provide 20,000 to 24,000 lamp hours.

Although they provide a much higher output of light, T5 High Output lamps nonetheless offer the same energy efficiency, color quality and lumen maintenance of the standard T8 lamp. T5 High Output fixtures deliver close to twice as much light as standard T8 lights, so they are suitable for high ceiling applications or in large commercial and industrial settings. T5HO lights from manufacturing leaders like Eiko and Halco are in stock at Pro Lighting. Halogen bulbs commonly used in the home, in gymnasiums or for outdoor landscaping applications include PAR lamps, A-Lamps, JD or JC Type halogen bulbs, double-ended quartz bulbs and MR11 and MR16 halogen lamps that produce a high color temperature and luminous efficacy. Metal halide bulbs from GE, Sylvania, Philips and TCP are commonly employed to illuminate recreational areas as well as the interior of warehouses, storage facilities and other large indoor facilities.
