Choosing DMF recessed lighting gets confusing fast. DMF offers several modular downlight families that look similar on the surface, but each one is built around a different balance of aperture size, output, optical control, installation flexibility and project type.
Getting closet lighting code right matters more than it looks. A closet packs combustible material against the walls and ceiling, so the NEC restricts both the fixture types allowed and how close they can sit to stored contents. Get it wrong and you either fail inspection or create a fire risk. Get it right and a small closet gains real usability.
