Need to make a return or report a damaged shipment? No problem. Simply complete the form below and we'll email instructions for making your return. We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

  • RGA request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Products are in original packaging
  • Products have not been installed or used.

FAQ

Do I pay a restocking fee?

No restocking fees for most returns. Returns for more than $1,000.00 are subject to approval and a 10% restocking fee. This is typically waived with an offsetting order.

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

Please complete the form to the left and upload photos of the damage. We'll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion. 

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

Important: Special ordered products as well as custom colors and made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.
