Carefully read the following terms and conditions. Purchasing or using our products implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

By using and accessing this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. While using this websites services, you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to this service, which may be posted and modified from time to time.


PROLighting.com carries the right to remove or discontinue any product, without notice. All prices shown on the website do NOT include shipping and handling, or taxes (where applicable). These will be added at the end of your purchase.

Sales Tax

There is no sales tax for customers outside the State of Michigan. If you reside in Michigan, we will add a 6.0% sales tax to every order.


PRO Lighting accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Payments can also be made by PayPal, checks, bank wire transfers, and money orders.


PRO Lighting and Affirm have teamed up to provide our customers with an easy financing option on orders between $50 and $17,500. Based on credit, pay with a rate between 10-30% APR. There are no penalties for paying off early. Simply apply for Affirm financing when you check out and follow the simple steps from there. For more information on financing your purchase click here.

Return Policy

All returns to PRO Lighting must be made within 30 days of receiving your orders. Make sure the products are in the original package and have not been installed or used. Please include the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return when filling out a return request. Shipping costs are not refundable. We suggest using FedEx or UPS to ensure proper tracking. Most orders do not have a restocking fee. Returns for orders larger than $1,000 are subject to approval and a 10% restocking fee. Typically, this is waived with an offsetting order.


Most of our products we sell include a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product fails within the warranty period complete the warranty form and we will assist you with the warranty process.


Orders are not binding until accepted by PROLighting.com. PRO Lighting reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to a customer and/or limit the order quantity on any item. Verification of information may be required to complete any order.


Normal sized orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time, on in-stock items, will be shipped on that day (Monday to Friday), via ground. Upgraded shipping services,Next Day and 2nd Day, are available for an extra charge. PRO Lighting reserves the right to select alternative shippers dependent on the weight and size of your order. In the case of only part the order being in stock, customers will be notified via email, in most circumstances customers will be given the option on deciding whether to receive their order in separate shipments, or wait for the complete order. We are not responsible for any delay in completing your order that is out of PROLighting.com’s reasonable control.

International Shipments

International shipments are handled on a case by case basis. PRO Lighting reserves the right to deny a request for an international shipment for any reason. Contact support@prolighting.com to request an international shipment and to see if you are eligible.

Shipping & Handling (S & H) Charges

Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders. Additional S & H charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States and orders with upgraded shipping options. S & H charges are non-refundable, along with shipping charges.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are only valid through the time stated in the offer and must be used at the time of purchase. Promotional codes are not valid on existing orders, cannot be combined with existing offers, and are only valid on online order-able products.

E-Mail Communications

Upon placing an order, or creating an account on our website, you consent to receive email communications from PRO Lighting for account issues, order status, marketing, and promotions. Customers can opt-out of marketing promotion emails at any time.

Special Orders

For products not shown on the website, or special orders, contact PRO Lighting at support@prolighting.com to submit a ticket for pricing and availability.


All amendments to these terms and conditions are subject to update and change at any time. Upon changes to the terms and conditions, notices will be posted on the website, and may be submitted to registered members. Clients and PRO Lighting agree that these terms and conditions are a binding agreement and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Breaches of these terms and conditions shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.


Any participation on this site will establish acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to accept the above, please do not use this site.
