Finding the right lighting solution for your space means understanding the needs of each application. In some cases, the best option is full fixture replacement. By offering extensive product lines for both, there’s sure to be a Litetronics solution for your application. Our energy efficient UFO LED high bay fixtures and LED troffer retrofit kits from Litetronics can improve the lighting, productivity and safety of warehouses, production plants, and manufacturing facilities. These space saving fixtures can produce as much as 29,000 lumens of light output. Litetronics LED troffer retrofits are a cost effective and eco-friendly method for upgrading existing fluorescent fixtures to quality LED. The replacement LED retrofits are easily installed into the current fixtures and held in place by rare earth magnets. Many models are wattage selectable, allowing you to choose the right amount of light for each application.

Litetronics FAQs
Litetronics is a commercial LED manufacturer founded in 1970 and based in Bedford Park, Illinois. The company is known for lighting that installs fast, including its patented magnetic retrofit kits for fluorescent troffers, UFO and linear high bays, NSF rated fixtures, and Class I Division 2 hazardous location lighting.
PROLIGHTING carries Litetronics flat panels, Vivid grid frame fixtures, troffer and strip retrofit kits, linear and UFO high bays, NSF rated and hazardous location high bays, vapor tight slim strips, strip fixtures, garage lights, commercial downlights, area lights, flood lights, wall packs, exit and emergency products, sensors, battery backups, and mounting accessories.
It is a one piece LED kit that converts an existing fluorescent troffer, strip, or wrap fixture to LED. Once the tubes and ballast are removed, rare earth magnets at the corners hold the kit against the fixture pan so the wiring can be done hands free, often in a few minutes per fixture.
UFO or circular high bays suit open spaces such as warehouses, gyms, and production floors. Linear high bays work better over aisles and racking. Litetronics Linear High Bay Pro models include a rotating lens that switches between a wide 90° x 90° pattern and a 45° x 110° aisle pattern without tools.
Many are. Selectable wattage lets the installer set output and energy use at the fixture, and CCT selection usually offers a choice of 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K. Pro Series high bays and area lights also run on a universal 120-480V driver, so one model covers most job sites. Settings vary by model.
Most commercial models support 0-10V dimming. Litetronics high bays include a sensor port that accepts PIR, microwave, or LiteSmart Bluetooth sensors, and the LiteSmart app adds grouping, scheduling, daylight harvesting, and scenes. Sensors, wall switches, and commissioning remotes are sold separately and must match the fixture series.
NSF certification covers sanitation rather than light output. The Litetronics NSF High Bay is sealed to IP69K, so it stands up to dust and high pressure steam cleaning, and the smooth housing has no crevices where residue can collect. It is built for food processing, commercial kitchens, agriculture, and cold storage.
A vapor tight fixture is sealed against moisture and dust in harsh but unclassified areas such as car washes, garages, and washdown rooms. A hazardous location fixture is certified for classified atmospheres. The Litetronics Class I Division 2 high bay covers Groups A through D and does not replace Division 1 equipment.
Yes. PROLIGHTING carries Litetronics area lights, flood lights, wall packs, and garage lights, along with photocontrols, glare shields, optical lenses, and Quick Slide pole, trunnion, and slip fitter mounts. Area Light Pro models run on 120-480V and reach 80,000 lumens. Confirm distribution type, voltage, and rating per SKU.
Many Litetronics fixtures carry DLC or DLC Premium status, which is what most utility rebate programs require. Eligibility is tied to the exact catalog number and to the wattage setting you install, so verify the model in the current DLC database and check your local program before ordering.
