Do I pay a restocking fee?

Returns under $5,000 are not subject to a restocking fee. Returns of $5,000 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Do I pay the return shipping?

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

What if my order was damaged or defective?

For damaged products, please contact us through our contact page. If the product is defective, please complete our warranty claim form.

How can I make an exchange?

We technically don't "exchange" orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

Special ordered products as well as custom colors and made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.
